Hi,
I am not sure which Generation of ML110 you are having.
Take a look at this link and choose Archived Products, then choose ML then RHEL version.

ProLiant ML110 G3 to G7 RHEL 5 is supported.
ProLiant ML110 G6, G7 RHEL 6 is supported.
Configuring ML110 as a File/Database Server, I am not sure, do check with RHEL for hardware requirements.
