HP Proliant ML350 Gen 9 Recovery and Repair

We currently have a HP Proliant ML350 Gen 9 that wont boot up following a lightning strike power surge. 

The server originally installed in 2016 has RAID 1 & RAID 5, VMware 1, single virtual machine.

Back ups have failed and urgently require recovery of data.

Seeking a HPE Partner to assist in the repair and recovery.
