Netserver E800 Never turn off when I shutdown from Windows

Hi, everybody My problem is very hard....
My server Windows 2000 Server has, I ready update his BIOS to 4.06.18 PQ.
When I attempt turn off from Windows, shutdown option, the server don t turn off, it continue turn on and It again begin the Windows. Continuously, Only I can to turn off when I disconnect to A.C. switch (electricity).
Please some help me probable I think My server damage. What can I do. Thanks.

Victor,
You might try booting in safe mode and then reboot and do a shut down to see if that will fix you up.
