SNMP-Get reports MIB variable does not exist while Insight Agents are running
Hi,
I have installed and configured hp-snmp-agents-8.7.0.23-17 on DL360G7 (Linux, RHEL 5). All agents are running, and are able to send traps. However, when I query HP MIB variables such as those in CPQHOST and CPQNIC MIB, I got the error saying the variable does not exist. The query of the standard MIB-II is ok.
It seems to me there are some issues with the interworking of snmpd and HP agents. Can anyone offer any idea on how to troubleshoot? Thank you very much,
Best Regards
Ning Wei
