On StorageWorks MSL2024 LTO-4 Ultrium with SCSI connector (AJ819A) can I connect two servers (with two different SCSI connectors)?
Thanks!

SolutionWhether it can be made to work is OS and HBA dependent as all HBA's default to SCSI ID 7 and the OS or HBA BIOS would have to allow that value to be changed.

Re: Question about StorageWorks MSL2024
With recent firmware, the MSL G3 series supports partitioning the library in the GUI. If you have two drives in the library, you can create two 1-drive, 12-slot libraries, and connecting one server to each drive.
The partitioning is done through the library web GUI.
