MC/Service Guard

I have a two node cluster wuth a l2000 and N4000. I want to add some test packages using disks in HASS racks. I'm using C875 FWD PCI controllers. I know in the old architecture (HPPB) you had to set a jumper to change the scsi id of the controller on one of the two systems. I can see no such jumper on these cards. Any one have any experience/suggestions with this.

Re: MC/Service Guard

IIRC this is done on PCI systems from the PDC firmware - reboot the system and interrupt at the first prompt - there are some configuration options from here...

Re: MC/Service Guard

Thanks Duncan.
Do I interrupt during the 10 second pause before boot or before it gets to that point?

Re: MC/Service Guard

Hi,

Main Menu: Enter command > ser scsi init [path] [value]

Hope this will help,

Gideon

Re: MC/Service Guard

Yep, at the 10 sec pause, and Vrijhoeven, has given you the command...
