Using SPP and Supplement pack

Hi,

 

I have 2 questions about using SPP.  I can' t use the HP USB Key utility V1.7 to create the USB sitck on windows 8 64bit PC, on a PC with win7 it is working. Is there a somewhere a newer utility?

 

If I generate a bootable USB stick with the spp 2014 Feb iso, can I afterwards copy all the content (files and directorys) from the HP Maintenance Supplement Bundle for SPP 2014.02.0(B) zip to the newly generated SPP - USB stick?
