HPE OfficeConnect 1920-48G Configuration

I have an HPE OfficeConnect 1920-48G switch I am trying to configure for vLAN.   If I use an Edgemark on VLAN 99 untag the port and tag the primary data port what PVID is the Edgemark?  I have not been able to get my phone to connect through this switch.
