moving lv's

We are trying to move some lv's on a server and we are considering lvm mirroring but some of the lv's are striped. Does anyone know if lvm mirroring will work w/ striped lv's?
Would pvmove work or will that take forever?

Neither lvm mirroring nor pvmove will work with striped LVOLs. Only dd(1) will.

you may want to send us the vgdisplay -v and lvdisplay -v command output of the lvol.
