VA7100 & Ioscan error

Hi:
We have some problem with the Virtual Array Va7100 (with 2 Controlers) The armdsp - a (alias) no show any error with the Va7100 controlers o Disks. The problem start when execute the Ioscan -fnC disk, the output showme that disk in the altern link has a status NOHW . An the curious of the case is that Vgdisplay -v from the VgXX are the both disks and The Controler in the host show claimed.

Some Body have a comments ?

Check both fc cards are ok.

ioscan -fnCfc should show both claimed.
Also check if you have any errors logged in syslog file.

Both FC CARDS in the Server are Claimed

If they are claimed, then do see successful result for diskinfo /dev/dsk/xxxx for both controllers?

Also if you can try chaning alternate links on a pv and test?

Also was there any temporary problem with one of fcs? And are you upto uptodate kernel patches?

Gather:
'ioscan -fn' from the host
'armdsp -a ' form VA
'supportshow' from switches if they're brocade ones
zip all these files and attach to your next reply
