Debian Sarge on DL320 G3 cd not detected

I'm trying to install Debian Sarge on a DL320 G3 with netinstall CD, but in an early stage of installation I receive a message "No common CD-ROM drive was detected". The CD device is an internal HP one, of course, and works perfectly in Windows. I've searched HP support website but can't find any driver for this CD.

Any suggestions?
