Intelligent Provisioning cannot install windows from ISO "non Zero Exit 2"

Hi All Expert again,

After the initial Intelligent Provisioning managed to be repaired thanks to expert here, Now i have other problem. 

We try to install Windows Server 2012 R2 Standard to the server DL380 G10, which previosly working, but now we cannot install it.

We select the ISO file, and when installing, this error come out:

Command '['/opt/hpe/hpe-phoenix/bib/7za','x','/mnt/bootdevice/vid/$WinDriver$/2012r2.7z','_volume_2012r2_/'*',-y','-o/tmp/tmp4ypdgq1f']' returned non-zero exit status 2. .. 0%

We desperately need help from all experts here. kindly help me.

As a workaround, you may use the iLO virtual media to install the operating system if the need is urgent.

As per Support matrix, Windows Server 2012 R2 is a supported OS for HPE DL 380 G10 Server.
