RILOE II - can login but cannot get video

I'm using a RILOE II in a ML370 G3. The board is in Slot 6, internal power connector, etc.

I can connect to the RILOE II but when I login and select remote console, I do not get any video output. Any suggestions??

I resolved this issue. Apparently a reboot of the server was in order. After the reboot, I was able to connect and get video right away. Thanks.

Hello,
I can login but the console works only within the intranet. When i connect from outside i can login, but the consol remains black, because java raise a ConnectException:

I would check that you can access the port assigned for Remote Console. This may be blocked by a firewall. If this is the case, you may be able to address it by reassigning the port assignment or by reconfiguring the firewall.
