64 bit config in D370

Hi ,

I am having a D370 machine and i want to load hp-ux 11.0(64bit). Will HP9000 D-370 support 64 bit configuration.

Hi,

I installed HP-UX 11 64bits on a D370.

It works fine but you have to remove EISA Cards and EISA Drivers from 10.20 kernel before the upgrade.

Hi,

Most users of this forum would tell you to do a clean install of HP-UX 11.0 instead of an upgrade. This would avoid quite a bit of trouble.

No worry about 64 bit on D370, it works !

You should check if your D370 has the latest firmware patch, PF_CULU3840. A search for this patch on the ITRC should give you all the info you need to check what firmware revision your system has at present.
