Query: Replacing HP SAS disk on RAID 5

Hello,

We have a Server  HP Proliant DL160 Gen9.

Model: HP Proliant DL160 Gen9
CPU:  Intel(R) Xeon(R) CPU E5-2609 v4 @ 1.70GHz

There are 6 disks on Server.  Details about disks are below:

HP Model: EG0300FBDBR

HP P/N:  597609-001

GPN:  507129-003

EG0300FBDBR HP 300-GB 6G 10K 2.5 DP SAS

We need to replace one disk.

Can we replace  HP 300-GB 6G 10K 2.5 DP SAS  with  HPE 300GB 12G SAS 10K rpm SFF (2.5-inch) SC Enterprise  disk.

What problem can cause with this replacement?
