Adding 3PAR Storage to Remote Insight Support Portal

Team,

Need some help / Clarification on the following.

I have a customer who is trying to add a 3PAR StoreServe to the HPE Insight Remote Support Portal for monitoring their IT Infrastructure. 

Is it possible to add the 3PAR Storage?

Who to contact to get the 3PAR Device added as when we try to add teh device, the serail number seems to be claimed and advises to contact support.

I assume this is only for the customer and not to send support info back to HPE?

I.e. StoreServ has a SP to do that.

Hi Prasad,

Can you specify the Model and certian 3PAR models are not supported d by IRS. You need to configure Dial Home using the STaTS gateway.

Hi Sanjay,

thanks for the response.

This if for a 3PAR 8000.

This is for the customer portal, if you see the pic attached it will be clear, not refering to IRS here. SP is all connected and working OK.
