Nimble OS command to check open ports?

Hi,

I'm looking for a CLI command (as admin user) to test open ports between two Nimble arrays from different location to ensure our network engineers opened them as request.

It comes from a failure to perform replication in a newly installed Nimble arrays.

Thanks.

Re: Nimble OS command to check open ports?

Hi Ronen,

Telnet seems to work (telnet {ip} {port}, not really a port scan, other tools like nmap don't seem te be available.

What helps me a lot is hit the test button for the replication partner and check the firewall log for drops (or in your case have the network engineer check for drops)

Hope it helps a bit.

Kind regards,

Rick
