Fault-LED an PoE-LED

i've got the Problem at several HP Switch 5406zl (J8697A) with the J8726A Management-Module, that the Faul-LED under the Power-LED is flashing orange and the PoE-LED is flashing orange in the Slot A .

The Image is: K.16.02.0020, ROM K.15.30

There are no error logs in the "show logging" and the "show" power-over-ethernet says something like:

Try this command:

show power brief

For a working blade, you'll see "searching" or "delivering" in the detection status for each port. For a bad blade, you'll see something like "other fault" for all ports in the detection status column. We've had a number of blades fail like this and needed replacement.
