Getting errors when adding MIB to SCOM tool

I'm trying to create a SCOM Management Pack. I'm using the SNMP Tool and tried to add the HPE Aruba Switch 2530 MIB file but got an error:

Error parsing the MIB: mibs-Aug2018_16-07.tar. Failed with error: the initial character must be a letter. Wrong entity: 

So my quesiton is, how can I fix this? This is HP's MIB that I got directly so I'm not sure what I should do about it.
