Aggregate Test
Hi,
We have a ComWare Switches, configured with aggregate links.
I would like know how test the aggregate speed and as bandwidth and the same for each link ? please
Thank you
Bonjour,
Nous avons des switchs sous ComWare avec des liens en agrégats.
J'aimerais savoir comment faire pour tester le vitesse ainsi que la bande passante utilisé de l'aggrégat, et de même pour chaque liens ?
En vous en remerciant.

Re: Aggregate Test
Testing how performant is going to be the load balancing provided that your LACP implementation depends mainly on LACP Hashing Algorithm used (L2 versus L3 versus L4) and also depends on the type of outgoing data traffic seen by the LACP interface (so the outbound traffic that is going to exit the LACP interface).
There are scenarios where LACP is not so performat even if it is still able to grant resiliency against link/port/module/chassis failure...
A test tool would be iperf but you need to plan exactly how to test (and what to test).
