I just upgraded the OS on my 5700-32XGT-8XG-2QSFP+ and i have a bunch of warning about Incompatible power supplies. I verified that the power supplies are on the list for this switch. It's powered on and has been for a couple years. I was previously on the older firmware that had the poor web interface and didn't give you any of the events. Anyone else run into this issue?
Power supply part. JG900A

Re: FlexFabric 5700 Incompatible Power Supplies
Well i answered my own Question. The 5700-32XGT-8XG-2QSFP+ is the only model that requires the 650w power supplies.

SolutionYep, exactly that [*] Internal Power Supply unit (JG900A), as per HPE FlexFabric 5700 Switch series QuickSpecs, is supported only on JG894A, JG896A, JG895A and JG897A switch models...excluding your one (JG898A)...probably, I guess, because its maximum (worst case and theoretical) power rating is about 350 Watt (and idle power rating is 150 Watt), so over the maximum power rating of the JG900A power suppy.
[*] HPE A58x0AF Back (Power Side) to Front (Port Side) Airflow 300W AC Power Supply.
