HTTP Management failed on HP Switch after an upgrade

Hello team, 

Wa have an issue witch a stack of switch (5120-48G-PoE + EL as Master & two 5120-24G EL as slave Switch). 

We proceed to an upgrade Path on this stack, and then we lost the HTTP connection Management. When we try log in into the switch (using HTTP), the banner page is directly displayed !! issueSwitch.png

What previous and current firmware ?
Send screenshot of command "dir"
Post the configuration file, or more specific post the configuration of banner ...
