Help needed

we have two storage in our production site , one is XP 1024 and XP 12K . Command view is installed in one desktop PC. When i tried to open to check status XP 1024 from Command view PC its showing verify RMI is running or not. i have restarted SVP also and i have checked all services . But still it is not working .

N:B : i have checked XP 12k , in device manager option in command view , its showing RMI is Up but in xp 1024 , RMI is down ..

My question is : How to start RMI server in XP 1024 ..
