XP PA - exportdb error

When I try and export database in XPPA (2.2) I receive the following error:-


If I try and export the database for up to six hours will successfully export the db, but any duration over six hours it will fail with above error.

See attached file for the error output


CV 2.2B and XPPA 2.2, JAVA 1.4.2._6 as per CV 2.2B.



Any fix or recommendation would be useful
