change smart array 641

we have proliant ml350 g3 with smart array 641,
because some reason, we change smart array with 5302. what my data will be loss?

Hi,

The smart array controllers are backward compatible. In your case however you want to replace a 6th generation controller by a 5th generation. It might work, but no garanties. So make a backup and try if it works...
