Rebuild HP array VA7400 fails

After replacement of a disk (dammaged) the system tried to rebuild the array automatically but failed. after that I treid to rebuild the array with the hp command view sdm application but failed again.

After these tries I used the command:
armrbld -p va7400
The rebuild of this array FAILED

What can I do now?
