Detect new disk

Anyone knows how or what command to detect a new disk. I am unable to see the second SCSI disk from the server after setting up RHAT AS 2.1 on a Proliant DL380G3.

what you do not see does not mean you should not believe

As root
#cdrecord -scandisk

Should show you our scsi disk's

if this does not show all your disk look in dmesg for error's
