Hi,
When I try to install the Qlogic driver, and configure failover. I got the following errors

Shalom,

What you might be seeing is an alternate path, e.g. two paths to the same disk.

The way you wired your san could be the issue.

Some of this stuff is a bit freaky and I'll look into it later.
