Smart Array Controller 641 / SLES 7

We had a ProLiant ML 350 G3 with a Smart Array Controller 641. On the SLES 7 installation CD, there aren??t a driver for the SA 641. Where can I download a Module-Disk are a driver, so that I can install the ProLiant with SLES7.
