installing error message

I'm reinstalling HP-UX 11.00 in the server hp 9000 K class from the DVD drive.I used the Advenceved option to configure the parameters. After setting all the parameters i start the installation by enter the GO!field. The warrning message as "the disk was not empty....." was display and I contnued the installation. When it has started creating the volume groups, it began to display the following message:
(LVM: PV0 has been returned to vg[0]
LVM: vg[0]:pvnum=0(dev_t=0x1f003000)and nothing is done
Please help me

after you say GO it will list the disks/paths whihc are going to be over written. are u getting the right disks/path there?
