Command View Events not displaying correctly in Windows Event Viewer.
Hi All,
i have a EVA6100 running 6200 and command view 9.01 (yes i know its old firmware / CV version, but customers decision to keep at this level). We are currently using nimsoft monitoring to pick up HSV events from the windows event log. However, the alerts do not seem to be displayed correctly and come through blank in Nimsoft.
'The description for Event ID ( 50005 ) in Source ( HSV ) cannot be found. The local computer may not have the necessary registry information or message DLL files to display messages from a remote computer. You may be able to use the /AUXSOURCE= flag to retrieve this description; see Help and Support for details. The following information is part of the event: 14-May-2015/12:01:20, 5000-1FE1-5011-0C40 CWS_EVA1, HSV Controller Event, 0908b405: CAC=b4 - Storage System Management Interface Entity State Change The state of a Storage System Management Interface entity has changed. A Disk Group's occupancy alarm level threshold has been reached..'
Has anyone come across this issue before?
Cheers
Darren
