Hi,
We have 2 OneView appliances, both on 3.10.07. (Both linked to our Global Dashboard 1.2).
The issue we are having is with both appliances, and the issue also occured when they were both version 3.10.04.
When I go to "Remote Support", and then click "Edit", I get a blank page with "An unexpected error occured. An unexpected error occured. Please contact your authorized support representative and provide them with a support dump."
I have no idea our authorised support rep is, and our sales rep was none the wiser!
I was advised to raise this through the normal HPE case process, but I am unsure on how to get the aplliances serial numbers (if they even have one), to submit a case.
I have 3 other issues related to OneView, however I want to try and raise them through the correct contacts instead of spamming the forum.
Any help is much appreciated.
Thanks
Harry
