Insight setup n closed network
Hi all.
Reading the documentation.... Is it possible to setup Insight Remote Support on a closed network. Devices with no internet access or proxy?

I should add. Ive installed Insight Remote Support on a VM on my network and have discovered devices using the portals wizrd but when setting up the hst section it's asking to connect to HPE. Im assuming to complete the setup i must have internet access to HPE's listed sites via proxy?

IRS software requires internet connectivity to HPE IRS DC for registartion, enttilement and logging automatic cases for Hardware issues. You can conenct via a Proxy server or directly , need to ensure TCP Port 443 is open to "api.support.hpe.com"
