rtelnet

Dear all,

We are into banking.
We have ATM network having 100 ATMs.
In that few are connected to HP9000 server &
few are connected to NCR Unix servers.

From NCR servers,ATMs are connected using
'rtelnet' command.

We need to configure the similar
connectivity using our HP server also.

Here,We need to know what is the command
equivalent for 'rtelnet' in HP-UX.

The configuration file in NCR machines are
like,

rtelnet 10.0.0.1 1 atm01
rtelnet 10.0.0.1 2 atm02

10.0.0.1 is router
1,2 are the ports of the router
atm01,atm02 are the ATM machines.

Thanks & Regards
R.Mahendran.

Re: rtelnet

We use reverse telnet for our lantronix print servers and I found the following:

ftp://ftp.lantronix.com/pub/rtel/v4.3.1/rtel_hp.tar

OR

ftp://ftp.lantronix.com/pub/rtel/v4.3.1/rtel_src.tar

good luck!

Re: rtelnet

Take a look at this thread...it seems there is a utility you can get that provides this. The rtelnet is called rtn.
