Howto copy an image file into USB stick and make it bootable under windows?
BTW under linux I use this simple command:
# dd if=binary.img of=/dev/sda

You can make use of unetbootin in case you are using a Linux iso image :)

I'd like to copy self created linux live img file under windows and make it bootable.
Other way, but don't know how should work, is to copy already created bootable usb stick.
Maybe using Acronis True Image 2011?

dd is available for windows as well, you can do the same thing in windows too .

I've been thinking about it recently. I read the reviews . i want to add , We need a USB big enough memory. If the burn is recorded, the USB memory will not be enough to cause the burn to fail.I've had a similar situation
