Pathwork Shares are not longer accessible

We removed our last Windows 2003 domain controller and now all the pathworks shares are not accessible now. The forest level in our domain is at Windows 2003. The only thing I can think of it cannot read the netlogon share on any of the windows 2008 domain controllers.

Re: Pathwork Shares are not longer accessible

Eric,

which version of pathworks are you using?

Note the following text from the Patch 0015 releasenotes:

Problem: ASV does not work as member server to Windows 2008 domain

Solution: There is a policy which exists on Windows 2008 domain controllers that
will allow the domain controller to allow NT4 clients. The policy is
under "Computer Configuration->Administrative Templates->System->Netlogon->
Allow cryptography algorithms compatible with Windows NT 4.0".

You need to enable this policy in order for ASV to correctly function as
member server in Windows 2008 domain.
