Re: sorry

Hi Olive,

cant you use the recover lost userid or reset password option in the 'login' page?

Re: sorry

The most terrible thing is I lost my E-mail, and I reinstall my computer,so everything lost.I had to regist this accounts by another e-mail.Now,I think it will never be lost.

Re: sorry

to retrieve your User Id, click on any underlined mention of it.
That will bring up your profile.
In the URL you can recognise the substring
"UserId=" , followed by the User Id for that profile, followed by "&"

That way I found out that "olive_wide" is CA1285465.

For password, see Marc 's answer.

Have one on me.

Re: sorry

An email address will not be lost unless the Internet domain it is registered with is gone, when this domain is no longer translated to an IP address, or when the mail link is gone and there is no backup server. Or when you forgot to link up your mail server to the backup.
I cannot rule out any of above, so it's quite possible you can still use your original email address. jan gave you your Id (use the right login server) and Marc told you how to get a new pasword.
