Tru64: libpopt.so missing for rsync

I need to install rsync on some of my Tru64 systems, and I came across a missing library

libpopt.so.0.0 is needed by rsync-2.5.5-1

Where can I unearth this elusive library ?

you can find it in the OSSC

popt-1.6.2-4.alpha.rpm

but i only have

/usr/local/lib/libpopt.a
/usr/local/lib/libpopt.la
/usr/local/lib/libpopt.so
/usr/local/lib/libpopt.so.0.0.0

typo ?

thanks for the hint. The library was not in the OSSC that I had, but you pointed me into the right direction. So I found the package (popt-1.6.2-4.alpha.rpm) here:

http://h30097.www3.hp.com/demos/ossc/RPMS/alpha/

After installing the package I was able to install rsync as well.
