Basic Assistance
I have a Proliant DL 145G2 with no floppy drive and am trying to load Windows Server 2003. I don't have any CDs that came with the machine because our inventory guys lost them. Is there a place where I can download them? Otherwise, how can I load the OS?

Re: Basic Assistance
If you want all the HP tools -- SmartStart, etc. -- you can download them via hp.com. HP will also provide Windows via the SmartStart program, I've been told, but you have to contact them (no downloads, of course).
If you have an Open License or similar business license from Microsoft (i.e, not OEM or retail), Microsoft fulfillment will send you a CD for ~$20. It may take more than a week though.
Or, if you have a 'business' license, I think you can use anyone's fulfillment CD. Borrow one. (You should double-check the licensing rules first, though.)
Good luck.
