DL180 G6, Smart Array P212, problem with cache battery
hi
i replaced battery for P212 cache with same part number 460499-001 and same spares number 462976-001 (same battery model, only manufacture date is different)
in ssa i get error:
"The cache for Smart Array P212 in Slot 1 is disabled because one or more attached batteries are not supported by the currently running firmware."
i tried to replace battery with another new one, same result. i tried to replace cache module pn 458943-002, spare 488137-001 (same model) - same result, error. as result: i can use cache only in read mode.
Smart Array P212, fv 6.64
can anyone helps me, please ?

Please share below detail isolate the issue.
1. what is the exact error.
2..If is it possible to share the error message from the ADU?
3. IML errors.
4. If possible share the server detail?

772 Smart Array P212 in Slot 1 has one or more cache module batteries/capacitors that are recharging. Caching operations such as Expansion, Extension, and Migration are temporarily suspended until the batteries/capacitors are fully charged. Caching operations will automatically resume when charging is complete.
792 The cache for Smart Array P212 in Slot 1 is disabled because one or more attached batteries are not supported by the currently running firmware.
