Re: Differences between cClass & pClass Blade systems ?

c-Class is basically a new gen.

The differences are massive, but two most 'visible' are:
- enclosure-level cooling in c-Class vs. blade-level in p-Class
- power supplies within blade enclosure in c-Class vs. separate power enclosures in p-Class

Blades are not interchangeable in any direction.

Also, the c class uses sata or serial scsi drives, and the p class uses the old style parallel scsi drives (tried and true)

That's actually incorrect - the BL20p G4 uses SFF SAS/SATA hard drives and fits into p-Class enclosure.
