ILO 4 Error on Remote Support

Hello,

I'm setting up ILO4 (advanced license) on two DL380Gen9. Customer bought Proactive support and I want to configure Remote Support inside ILO, but I get the following error:

Protocol error occurred while communicating with the HP Insight Remote Support receiver. Please retry. (No server certificate).

Does anyone can help ?

Re: ILO 4 Error on Remote Support

Hello,

May be you need to do this:

Configuring the RIBCL protocol
HP recommends configuring the RIBCL protocol before registering an HP ProLiant server for Insight RS.
To configure the RIBCL protocol:
1. Log in to the Insight RS Console (https://<Insight RS Hosting Device IP address or FQDN>:7906).
2. From the main menu, select Discovery, and then click the Credentials tab.
3. From the Select and Configure Protocol list, select iLO Remote Insight Board Command Language Protocol (RIBCL), and then click New.
4. Enter the user name and password of an iLO user account on the HP ProLiant server you want to register for Insight Remote Support.
5. Click Add.
