ProLiant DL360 G4 - Multiple array accelerator batteries fail
I've had a ProLiant DL360 G4 go through two array accelerator batteries in as many months. I don't see anything in the sys logs but the failure itself, including anything regarding the 6i controller.
What do I need to look at?
Any help is appreciated.
Mike

Check this Customery Advisory

Re: ProLiant DL360 G4 - Multiple array accelerator batteries fail
hi,
for the 6 series controllers like yours you should have a FW version 2.58 or higher since the older versions have a bug. if you already have it have hp replace them both if not, flash it, status on the ACU will change from failed to charging after server is reboot
