Smart Array 642 - disable disk auto detect

We have a new ML370G4 server running Smart Array 642 ctrl with following settings..

1- Parallel SCSI Array A
>> Logical drive 1(OS Win2K)
2- Parallel SCSI Array B
>> Logical Drive 2(OS Win2k3)

The problem (for us) occur after we re-arrange the disk. We though that after swapping disk with OS Win2k3 to SCSI Array A, system will boot with Win2k3 but we are wrong.. Smart Array automatically detect the disk and system still boot with Win2k

Question: How to disable Disk Auto Detect and if it's impossible, what is the best way to swap the disk and boot follow to disk sequences... (multiple os boot is not the choice :( )
