Smart Array Controller not detecting

Dear All,

One of our client having a DL580 Gen 7 server, in which one of the controller in slot 5 is not detecting, Even I had made the server down and reseat the slot 5 controller as well. Please advice ! !

Hello Mohamed ,

I would suggest logging a case with HPE support team with HPE ADU report to investigate the issue further.
