SupportPaq - Compaq Remote Monitor Service

Hello,

When I was installing Compaq suportPaq for windows 2000(5.03A) onto a compaq 6400, I got message 'The software does not need to be installed on this system' when the installer try to install "Compaq Network Teaming and Configuration" item.

After suportPaq installed,Compaq Foundation Agents,Compaq NIC Agents,Compaq Server Agents,Compaq Storage Agents,Compaq System Management Shutdown service,Compaq Web Agent started OK. However, Compaq Remote Monitor Service did not start. There was event logged in windows 2000 events viewer as below:

the Compaq Remote Monitor Service cannot started
3/8/2001,10:58:20 AM,Service Control Manager,Error,None,7023,N/A,STOCCL1B,The Compaq Remote Monitor Service service terminated with the following error:
Overlapped I/O operation is in progress.

What can I do now?
