remote console problem

I am trying to connect to BL20p server thru ilo.the ILO status shows ok. I am using the IE browser to connect to the ilo ip address. but when i try remote console. it gives me unsupported text mode.. some where i read to check the license but when I click on licensing in administration it shows Advanced features are enabled automatically with this product.I tried powering off & on many time but no luck.pls suggest

I sorted out the issue. There was a memory problem in my Server.. I removed the faulty memory..

Just before the system boots,this message is
displayed for short time as iLO is waiting for some video information from the server as server is being reset.

After the system boots,
Just before the OS gets started (in Graphical mode),this message may be displayed for a short time.

Questions
1.Are you getting this message on remote console when the server is powered off ?
OR
2.Are you getting this message on remote console when the server is rebooting ?
