SIM lost connection to Database
I was working on a fresh loaded SIM 6.3 in past 3 weeks, everything works fine until this morning. While I was discovering the systems, suddenly the SIM webpage can not be displayed.
From the application event log I found:
*****************************************************************
Lost connection to database, exception: java.sql.SQLException: Login failed. The login is from an untrusted domain and cannot be used with Windows authentication. SQL=
******************************************************************
And :
*****************************************************************
com.hp.mx.database.DbVerificationException: Error loading database verification handler 'com.hp.mx.database.MsSqlVerificationHandler'com.hp.mx.database.DbVerificationException: Error accessing database
********************************************************************
Also I found this in mxdomainmgr.0:
**********************************************************************
02 Aug 11:57:07,568 INFO [STDOUT] Database initialization failed for URL: jdbc:jtds:sqlserver://xxxxxxx;loginTimeout=20;domain=xxxxx;instance=xxxxxx Ex: java.sql.SQLException: Login failed. The login is from an untrusted domain and cannot be used with Windows authentication.
***********************************************************************
I tried to connect to the database by using SA account via ODBC without problem.
I launched "mxpassword -g", there're only 2 keys exist:
MxSshKeyPassword
MxDBUserPassword
I added "MxHPSIMServicePassword" with the SIM admin password still no luck.
Thanks for all the helps!
Jeff
