Systems Insight Manager - error accessing database

Hullo!

 

I am trying to install Systems Insight Manager on a new HP DL380 G7 server running Windows Server 2008 Standard R2.  It install SQL Express 2005 just fine, but when it tries to access the database, I get the attached error, like it cannot find the page.

 

Any help?  Thanks!

Hi,

 

Which version of SIM are U trying to install?

Is Internet Explorer 9 installed on that server where do the install? Because often is that a problem, it is some kind of known issue...

U can uninstall IE9 so U will fall back on IE8. Try the install of SIM and after succesfull installation U can reinstall IE9 again...

 

SIM runs fine with IE9, the installation however does not like it...
