Unable to configure licensing after adding an additional license
Hi,
Things were working well in SIM until I was given a "HP iLO Advanced for BladeSystem" license by our contact at HP to use in addition to our current AKA license. Now when I try to license a system through MSSW i get the following...
Unexpected exception:
An unexpected error was encountered while gathering or modifying licensing data. The lmSetILOKey method failed in the HPSIM License Manager with a return code of 49.
I have called HP but like most thing with SIM the support tech was unable to assist me.
Anyone else have this issue or have a way to remove a license added to SIM to see if I pull it out things will return to normal?
Thanks in advance for any help.
